The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lingayen, intends to apply the sum of six hundred seventy two thousand pesos (P672,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the PROCUREMENT OF JETMATIC PUMP WITH PIPE TO BE DISTRIBUTED AT VARIOUS BARANGAYS, LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN UNDERTAKEN THROUGH EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY with Purchase Request No. 100-24-11-852 to be charged through the General Fund- MOOE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
