Description : 1. The Laguna State Polytechnic University, through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php1,020,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF INDOOR LED WALL WITH SOUND SYSTEM AND LED WALL AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR LAGUNA STATE POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY SANTA CRUZ CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Laguna State Polytechnic University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Project completion is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a minimum of three (3) contracts in the last three (3) years that are similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
