Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ICT SERVICES FOR THE REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF THE SERVER ROOM OF DENR XII

1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources XII (DENR XII), through the General Fund - General Appropriations Act (GF-GAA) CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety-Four (₱4,694,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of ICT Services for the Rehabilitation and Modernization of the Server Room of DENR XII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DENR XII, now invites bids for the Procurement of ICT Services for the Rehabilitation and Modernization of the Server Room of DENR XII located within the compound of DENR XII, Aurora St., Brgy. Zone IV, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
