1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office XI, through the General
Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of, on a per lot basis, being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Procurement of High Protein Biscuit for the 15 th Cycle Implementation of the
Supplementary Feeding Program of DSWD Field Office XI with identification number
25-04-PB007. Bids received in excess of the ABC (per Lot) shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
