Description : 1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Davao del Sur thru General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million (Php3,000,000.00) pesos only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Hard Component for recipient ARBOs under Climate Resilient and Farm Productivity Support (CRFPS) Program CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
