INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOOD SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE ANNUAL PROVINCIAL ATHLETIC MEET
1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Thee Hundred Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos Only (Php 307,315.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Food Supplies and Materials for the Annual Provincial Athletic Meet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos Only /Goods 2025-26 being the ABC to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
