1. The Municipality of Paete, Laguna through the General Fund-MDRRMO intends to apply the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food commodities for the stockpile of the Office of the MSWD with identification number GP-012-25foodcommodities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
