Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES CATERING FOR THE NCCA OATHTAKING FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBERS TERM 2026-2028 AND NCCA PASASALAMAT CEREMONY FOR TERM ENDING DECEMBER 2025 (PB2026-002)

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2026 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,310,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES CATERING FOR THE NCCA OATHTAKING FOR EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBERS TERM 2026-2028 AND NCCA PASASALAMAT CEREMONY FOR TERM ENDING DECEMBER 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
