PROCUREMENT OF FIFTEEN (15) UNITS BRAND NEW PINEAPPLE LEAVES DECORTICATING MACHINE
SPDA BR No. 2024-102

1. The Southern Philippines Development Authority (SPDA), through the Corporate Operating Budget 2023 intends to apply the sum of Five Million and Eight Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Pesos (Php5,844,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract of Procurement of Fifteen (15) units brand new Pineapple Decorticating Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The SPDA now invites interested bidders to bid for fifteen (15) units brand new Pineapple Leaves Decorticating Machine. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
