PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (RA No. 10964) intends to apply the amount of Two Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos & 45/100 (Php 2,119,999.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 003-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN now invites bids for the purchase of food items for stockpiling.
