INVITATION TO BID
FOR PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER RISK REDUCTION EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND INVENTORIES FOR DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (DRRM)

1. The Local Government Unit of Lawaan, through the 5% LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT (LDRRM) Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 549,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER RISK REDUCTION EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND INVENTORIES FOR DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (DRRM).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lawaan invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 14 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
