Description : 1) The Civil Service Commission Regional Office V (CSC RO V), through the Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 765,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of the 2026 Security Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The CSC RO V now invites bids for the procurement of 2026 Security Services at CSC RO V Rawis, Legazpi City using the early procurement activities strategic procurement planning. Delivery of the Goods is required from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
