1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR PESOS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (681,984.25) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS USE FOR HOUSING OF BARANGAY DITARUM CONSTITUENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
