The Municipality of Bulalacao, through the 20% Development Fund (2025) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php 907,590.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction/Improvement of Multi-purpose Building @ Brgy. Milagrosa, Brgy. Cabugao and Sitio Badjang, Brgy. San Roque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
