Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF
CATERING SERVICES, VENUE, AND
ACCOMMODATION SUBJECT TO
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (EPA)
IB 2025-38

1) The Batanes General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY
2026 intends to apply the sum of Lot 1: Catering Services and Venue - P1,324,000.00;
Lot 2: Lodging Services - P950,300.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC
for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Batanes General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using
Framework Agreement under Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the Goods is
required as scheduled after issuance of a Call Off. Bidders should have completed, at
least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to
