Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Assorted ICT Equipment with Ref# 2025-06-13 (Negotiated Procurement- Two Failed Biddings)

1. The FOOD AND NUTRITION RESEARCH INSTITUTE, through the project entitled “Procurement of Assorted ICT Equipment” intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,078,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.

2. The FOOD AND NUTRITION RESEARCH INSTITUTE now invites bids for Procurement of Assorted ICT Equipment . Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed with no extension. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through negotiated procurement-two failed bidding procedures as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
