1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Cavite , through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through SARO OSEC-4A-24-0084, School Based Feeding Program (SBFP), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php2,505,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
