Description : 1. The Environmental Management Bureau-Regional Office 02, through the 2023 budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Three Thousand Pesos (Php1,303,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery of E-FRM DC reference method particulate sampler. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The [Environmental Management Bureau-Regional Office 02 now invites bids for Procurement and Delivery of E-FRM DC reference method particulate sampler. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 days contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
