1. The OVERSEAS WORKERS WELFARE ADMINISTRATION (OWWA), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (Php1,327,744.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bidding for One (1) Lot - Preventive Maintenance of Elevators located at OWWA Central Office, Pasay City and Devcen, Intramuros, Manila, PB-08-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
