Description : 1. The Department of Health- Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through funds from 2025 GAA Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,433,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Reproduction/Printing of IEC Materials, Manuals and Forms Under IB No. 2025-47. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
