Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO
FAILED BIDDINGS PROCUREMENT OF K9 VEHICLES FOR THE BREEDING

PROGRAM

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General
Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3,700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the Procurement of K9 Vehicles for Breeding Program with Bid
Reference NP No. 2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PDEA Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and
financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two
Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
