  1) The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 1,417,309.95 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR OF DAMAGED PORTION OF INTAKE STEEL GATE AND LIFTING MECHANISM AT CHECK STRUCTURE STA.0+000 - LIMBAAN CIS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI now invites bids for REPAIR OF DAMAGED PORTION OF INTAKE STEEL GATE AND LIFTING MECHANISM AT CHECK STRUCTURE STA.0+000 - LIMBAAN CIS. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
