  Description : INVITATION TO BID for LASANG RIS - DDN LMC 2026-02
  
  1) The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI, through the GAA intends to apply the sum of P 42,672,041.68 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF EXISTING PROTECTION WORKS ALONG ISING CREEK (RIGHT BANK) - LASANG RIS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI now invites bids for REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF EXISTING PROTECTION WORKS ALONG ISING CREEK (RIGHT BANK) - LASANG RIS. Completion of the Works is required 300 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
