The National Irrigation Administration-Davao del Norte IMO, Regional Office XI, through the
GAA intends to apply the sum of P 47,447,742.78 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF
EXISTING PROTECTION WORKS ALONG ISING CREEK (RIGHT BANK) - LASANG RIS.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
