The City Government of Valencia through its Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Pesos (Php 29,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Land Development at Executive Village at Brgy. Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
