Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR LABORATORY REAGENTS AND
SUPPLIES (RE-BID)
1) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the Income/GAA/SAA
intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Three Million Six Hundred Sixty-Six
Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Two and 70/100 Pesos only (PHP103,666,172.70)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
the. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for above
Procurement Project using the Competitive Bidding Procedures. Delivery of the Goods
is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section Il. Instructions to Bidders.
