Description : The National Irrigation Administration-Sultan Kudarat Irrigation Management Office, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) SIP Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FORTY-SEVEN MILLION FORTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND 24/100 (P47,041,790.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Kamanga SIP CY 2026 (Small Irrigation Project) (Contract No. NIA12-INFRA-SKIMO-2026-01) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
