Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Multipurpose Building
(Installation of Transformers)
1) The Barangay Lumbia, through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the
sum of Two hundred twenty thousand pesos (Php 220,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of
Multipurpose Building (Installation of Transformers). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Lumbia now invites bids for Improvement of Multipurpose Building
(Installation of Transformers) The project involves the supply and installation of a 25KVA
transformer, complete with accessories such as fuse tubes, lightning arresters, clamps,
grounding rods, duplex wire, and mounting hardware. It includes transformer testing,
