INSTALLATION OF CCTV INFRASTRUCTURE FOR HOME FOR THE AGED AND

ANGELS- HAVEN OF DSWD FIELD OFFICE XI

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office XI, through the General
Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php
2,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Installation of CCTV Infrastructure for Home for the Aged and Angels-
Haven of DSWD Field Office XI with identification number 25-04-PB002. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD Field Office XI, now invites Bids from eligible bidders for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Installation must be completed within one
hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders
