1. Barangay Taloy Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund Budget CY 2023 approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the corresponding sums of the following projects listed below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for ONE LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
