1. The Municipality of Bulalacao, through the LGU Borrowing to LBP intends to apply the sum of Two Million, One Hundred Ninety One Thousand, One Hundred Fifty Eight and Ninety Nine Centavos (Php 2,191,158.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Motorpool Building and Its Site Vicinity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bulalacao, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Sixty Calendar Days (60). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
