1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Legislative Building at Pavia, Iloilo/ Contract No. 2024-167. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Improvement of Legislative Building at Pavia, Iloilo. Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
