The Barangay Government Unit of Victoria, Sual, Pangasinan, through the 2025 Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the lump sum bid of Php. 149,424.31 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Barangay Plaza Perimeter Fence at Victoria, Sual, Pangasinan with the following project components with corresponding project cost. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
