1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Philippine Pesos (PhP10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hiring of an Event Organizing Agency for the 9th National Human Resources for Health Policy and Research Forum and Human Resources for Health Network (HRHN) Philippines Quarterly Meetings under IB No. 2025-173. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
