Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (Php7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL RESIDUAL WASTE (SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES, SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES”, Project ID No. GOODS-2025-023. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Marcelino, Zambales BAC now invites bids for the Contract/project: for the “HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL RESIDUAL WASTE (SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES, SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES”. Completion of the Works is required from January to December 2026.
