INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF FOOTPATHS, CIS AND WATER SYSTEM

1. The Municipal Government of Sadanga, Mountain Province, through the Trust Fund (MDRRM Funds) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (Php 564,913.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract “MDRRMO GOODS 2025-01: Supply and Delivery of Hardware Materials for the Rehabilitation of Footpaths, CIS and Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Sadanga, Mountain Province now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 5 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
