1) The National Irigation Administration - Apayao Irigation Management Ofice, through the
General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025

intends to apply the sum of One Million Four
Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱1,415,400.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for G-ICT EQUIPMENTS- 003 / GAA 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening. 2) The National Irigation Administration - Apayao Irigation Management Ofice now invites
bids for the Procurement of ICT Equipments. Delivery of the Goods is required 60
calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
