1) The Environmental Management Bureau- National Capital Region (EMB-NCR), through the National Expenditure Program for 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Engagement of Security Services For DENR-EMB-NCR Building and Properties for 12 Months (January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
