1. The MLGU-Claveria, Masbate, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
Five Million Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 21/100 ( ₱5,295,835.21 ) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Electronic Equipment, Gadget and Accessories . Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government of Claveria, Masbate now invites bids for the
Electronic Equipment, Gadget and Accessories . Delivery of Goods
is required on Dec. 09, 2025 . Bidders should have completed, within two month
