Breed: ISA WHITE laying hens
within 16-17 weeks old with complete vaccines
48 heads per set (6 sets per ARBO = 288 heads/ARBO)
must be accompanied with Veterinary Health Certificate issued by a licensed government veterinarian
indicating vaccination and deworming and free from any physical deformities and lice
must be active and with good appetite
Mortalities within (1) week after delivery due to travel stress are subject for replacement by the
supplier, except for negligence of the recipient ARBO
Transportation unit must have a transport/carrier certification from the DA
Supplier (bidder) must have a License to Operate as animal facility (previously named as AWA
Certification) and a poultry handler/dealer certification from DA- Bureau of Animal Industry (DA-
BAI)
