  Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System - Division IV (NIA-MARIIS Division IV), is undertaking Early Procurement Activities for the Rehabilitation and Protection works, and intends to apply the sum of Thirty-eight Million Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty pesos and Twenty-nine centavos (ABC P38,820,820.29) that will be sourced from the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for:
  
  Rehabilitation and protection works along the scoured embankment at the Approach Channel of Pumping Station No. 1 sta. 0+000 - 0+198 (One Side Only) (Total Length = 198.00 m)
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The NIA-MARIIS Division IV now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
