Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT OF PASSENGER VAN

1) The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP3,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity for the Purchase of One (1) Unit of Passenger Van (ITB-2025-11-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity for the Purchase of One (1) Unit of Passenger Van (ITB-2025-11-02). Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
