Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FY2025
ITB NO. 2024-003

1. The Climate Change Commission-Climate Change Office (CCC-CCO), through the National Expenditure Program of 2025 Budget for Janitorial and Maintenance Services, under the CCC-CCO-s approved Indicative Annual Procurement Plan FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Twenty Centavos (PHP1,232,629.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial and Maintenance Services under ITB No. 2024-003. The duration of the contract shall be from February 2025 to 31 December 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CCC-CCO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by eleven (11) months. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
