Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) of Supply and Delivery of Rabies Vaccine for Human Use at RHU-ABTC (1st Batch)

1. The Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 615,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project ID No. 2026-001-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Cabiao is conducting this procurement through the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for FY 2026 to ensure the timely delivery of goods, implementation of infrastructure projects and rendition of consultancy services, consistent with the GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated July 17, 2019.
