Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT
ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR LEASE OF MECHANICAL
VENTILATOR AND TRANSPORT VENTILATOR
1) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the Income/GAA/SAA
intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Five Hundred Twenty Eight
Thousand pesos only (PHP 21,528,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for
Lease of Mechanical Ventilator and Transport Ventilator. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for above
Procurement Project using the Competitive Bidding Procedures. Delivery of the Goods
is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
