1. The Western Philippines University, through the fund 101-2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One million eight hundred twenty-five thousand pesos (Php 1,825,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the EPA of the Procurement of IT Equipment and Engineering Software for College of Engineering and Technology Laboratory with Project Identification No. Goods-2024-040 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
