Tender are invited for INVITATION TO BID FOR Dialysis Consumables

Description : The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year for a duration of oneyear Framework Agreement, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA)
intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 15,270,460.00), and the PIN-2025-MS-42 being the ABC
to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost
per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Dialysis
Consumables. Delivery of the Goods is as stated in the Call-Off order. Bidders should
have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules
and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
