1. The Metro Lipa Water District, through its 2025 Annual Procurement Plan intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos ( Php 3,000,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of Iron & Manganese Filtration System with a Capacity of 10 Liters Per Second (LPS) at PS# 604 San Salvador 13 ( Silver Wings 2 ), Brgy. San Salvador, Lipa City.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
