Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the NEP Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 18,036,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2026 BANGA RIS BANGA AREA REPAIR NIS: Construction of Elevated Flume Structure (Replace to Existing Siphon-Flume-Bridge), 3meters Inlet Transition & 4.3m Outlet Transition at Main Canal Station 7+380 - 7+443.3 with 2 sets of 31m Protection Works on the 8m-height Column and Temporary Project Facility. (NIA12 -SCSIMO -INFRA -2025-037).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The NIA-12 SCSIMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
