The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the Agrarian Reform Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 19,507,996.81 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY2025 VILLA ELLAGA SIP (CARP-IC): REPAIR OF DIVERSION WORKS & CREEK STABILIZER, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 1,369.50 METERS PIPELINE WITH 6", 10" & 14" DIAMETER HDPE PIPE (PE80 SDR21 PN6), 7 UNITS CANAL STRUCTURE & 1 UNIT ELEVATED FLUME @ LATERAL A; CONSTRUCTION OF CREEK STABILIZER WITH INTAKE STRUCTURE, 967.40 METERS PIPELINE OF 6"& 10" DIAMETER HDPE PIPES (PE80 SDR21 PN6) & 7 UNITS CANAL STRUC-TURE, 1 UNIT ELEVATED HDPE PIPE @ DAM#2 AND TEMPORARY FACILITY. (NIA12 -SCSIMO -INFRA -2025-036).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid open-ing.
